• 70 GHz receivers are cooled to 20 K enabling a world's best overall recover sensitivity between 25 K & 30 K over a 14 GHz bandwidth. Planck receivers measure Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation originating from Big Bang. Study of CMB anisotropy maps will provide invaluable help to cosmologists in determining the mechanisms operating during the Big Bang creation event.
